Colombia Tech Fest 2025 will take place on August 21–22 at Parque Museo El Chicó, creating a vibrant hub for the region’s most innovative startups, leading technology firms, and international investors. Over the course of two days, the festival expects to host more than 8,000 participants, offering a mix of immersive experiences, business opportunities, and networking designed to strengthen the tech ecosystem.

Bogotá’s First Open-Air Tech Festival

For the first time, Bogotá will host a large-scale outdoor technology festival that combines innovation, community, and business in a single space. Colombia Tech Fest serves as the kickoff event for Colombia Tech Week, positioning the city as a key regional center for entrepreneurship and technological development. 

Attendees will include major corporate leaders, growing startups, and new audiences driving sectors like digital business and the creative economy. The program will feature over 70 international speakers along with hands-on workshops and interactive experiences.

A Key Meeting Point for Latin America’s Tech Ecosystem

Colombia Tech Fest aims to become the most influential networking hub in Latin America, transforming how business is conducted in the industry. The festival includes wellness areas, two main stages hosting more than 50 talks, networking zones, and unique experiences such as pitching your company to an investor inside an electric vehicle.

Gastronomy will also be highlighted with curated local food by B.eats. Coffee demo days and other interactive formats will facilitate genuine networking in a relaxed atmosphere filled with music, conversation, and technology.

Preceding Colombia Tech Week

Colombia Tech Fest serves as a lead-in to Colombia Tech Week, running from August 25–30 in Bogotá, following earlier events in Cali (August 17–18) and Medellín (August 18–22). Combined, the events anticipate more than 15,000 attendees from 27 countries, including the U.S., Chile, Mexico, Portugal, UAE, and Brazil, along with over 350 investors managing assets exceeding USD 200 billion.

Notable week highlights include the Demo Day by Distrito Lab, led by Bogotá’s Mayor’s Office, and Yango Group’s Demo Day, offering up to USD 10 million in investment for Colombian startups. The Aurora Tech Award by inDrive will also recognize women founders globally, with the 2024 winner being Colombian.

Events during Colombia Tech Week will take place across strategic city locations, including Parque 93, Zona T, Zona G, Calle 85, and Ágora. Colombia Tech Fest anticipates attracting over 2,000 international visitors, generating more than 15,000 local interactions, and providing a decentralized program covering sectors such as fintech, healthtech, contech, insurtech, and more.
