Impactaland 2025: Latin America’s largest impact investing hub
Impactaland 2025 returns this November as one of the most anticipated gatherings for venture capital and entrepreneurship in Latin America.
Impactaland 2025, the flagship investment hub created by Impacta VC, returns this November as one of the most anticipated gatherings for venture capital and entrepreneurship in Latin America. Marking its fourth anniversary, the impact-driven VC fund will once again take the lead in organizing the investment space within EtMday Chile 2025, the region’s top innovation and entrepreneurship event, from November 20 to 22.
A milestone for one of LatAm’s most active impact funds
Founded with the mission of driving social and environmental impact across Latin America, Impacta VC has become one of the region’s most active funds, connecting capital with purpose. To celebrate its fourth anniversary, the firm will host a 1,000-square-meter Impactaland Hub within EtMday, designed to bring together startups, VCs, LPs, corporate investors, and ecosystem partners from across the world.
“This space is where cooperation takes shape,” said Catalina Taricco, COO & CMO of Impacta VC and Director of Impactaland. “Seeing LPs invest in VCs, investors closing deals with startups, and companies supporting founders is our real currency. This ecosystem grows when everyone succeeds, it’s more collaborative than competitive.”
Patrick McGinnis joins as keynote speaker
This year’s edition of Impactaland will feature the participation of Patrick McGinnis, the U.S. entrepreneur, investor, and author who coined the term FOMO (“Fear of Missing Out”). McGinnis will open EtMday’s main stage right after the inaugural address by President Gabriel Boric and later join the Impactaland Stage for an in-depth conversation with regional leaders.
His participation underscores the event’s growing international appeal and its focus on connecting Latin America’s entrepreneurial talent with global perspectives and networks.
A collaborative ecosystem for venture growth
Designed in partnership with Emprende tu Mente, the non-profit behind EtMday, Impactaland will feature multiple interactive zones, each serving a specific purpose within the entrepreneurial ecosystem:
- VC Lounge Zone: Dedicated 1:1 meetings between startups and investors, powered by Impacta VC’s own matchmaking tool.
- StartupLab 01 Cowork: A collaboration space sponsored by Fundación Chile and CORFO, fostering organic networking.
- Impacta Stage Zone: Curated content through panels, keynotes, and conversations with leading voices in innovation.
- Sponsor Zone: A space for corporate partners and brand activations.

Beyond EtMday’s main venue, Impacta VC will also host Mingle Night, an exclusive invitation-only event for LPs, VCs, sponsors, and founders to connect in a more relaxed setting.
New experiences and a human touch
A highlight of this year’s edition is the Impacta Coffee Rave by Señor K, scheduled for Saturday, November 22. The event will combine live music, a wellness zone, and family-friendly activities such as storytelling, yoga sessions, and creative spaces for children, reflecting Impacta VC’s commitment to authentic and human-centered networking.
Impactaland’s growing influence in Latin America
Last year’s edition saw record participation, with over 11,800 startup-investor connections, 600 effective meetings, and more than 500 sessions between VCs and LPs. The event gathered 120 regional VC firms and 49 LPs from across the Americas.
Building on this momentum, Impactaland 2025 aims to further close the gap between capital and talent in Latin America, empowering founders with access, connections, and knowledge to build the companies the world needs.
With a portfolio of purpose-driven startups and a $7M impact fund soon expanding into its second vehicle, Impacta VC continues to redefine venture capital in the region. Its vision goes beyond returns: it seeks to build a collaborative and sustainable ecosystem where investors, entrepreneurs, and corporations work together to create lasting impact.
