Kaudal drives no-code automation in Latin American companies

In a world where technology is advancing faster than the operational capacity of many organizations, Kaudal emerges as a startup aiming to bridge that gap. Its mission is clear: to teach non-technical teams how to automate tasks without writing a single line of code, democratizing access to digital tools and fostering autonomy at every level of the company.

No-Code Automation for Every Team

Founded by members of the team behind Laboratoria, Kaudal was created to empower any employee, regardless of technical background, to automate everyday processes and free up time for more strategic work.

Its learning platform adapts to the tools each user already uses, personalizing the experience and enabling the development of practical skills in the workplace. At the same time, companies maintain visibility and control over automation processes, allowing them to scale operations strategically and securely.

Recognition at TecPrize 2024

Kaudal’s solution was recently recognized as one of the top three winners of TecPrize 2024, an initiative by the Institute for the Future of Education at Tecnológico de Monterrey that rewards the most innovative education and technology ideas across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Out of more than 200 applications from 40 countries, Kaudal stood out for its proven impact, hands-on approach, and vision aligned with the future of work. As a winner, the startup received USD 10,000 for third place, along with access to:

  • Specialized mentorship in strategy, metrics, and impact
  • An active network of edtech founders and experts
  • Visibility at the IFE Conference, with over 8,000 attendees
  • Resources to strengthen its product and scale its model

The most valuable part was stepping out of operations for a week in Monterrey. Meeting other founders, sharing experiences, and showcasing what we’re building made all the difference,” said Ana María Martínez, co-founder and Chief Growth Officer at Kaudal.

Open Call: TecPrize 2025

For Kaudal, TecPrize was more than just a prize, it was a platform to validate their solution, connect with strategic allies, and strengthen their long-term vision.

If you’re an edtech startup using artificial intelligence to improve learning and skill development in Latin America’s workforce, applications for TecPrize 2025 are now open. Apply before August 31.

What’s Next for Kaudal?

Beyond its ongoing training programs, Kaudal is developing tech tools to expand its impact. These include:

  • Kaudal Calculator: a free tool that helps identify which tasks can be automated, what tools to use, and how much time can be saved.
  • Control Tower: a system that enables companies to monitor internal automations, scale best practices, and recognize the most active teams.

With operations across several countries in South America, Kaudal plans to expand into Mexico by 2026, leveraging the visibility and strategic support gained through TecPrize.
