The Disruptores 2025 Innovation Awards are set to celebrate the most disruptive startups connecting Latin America and Spain, highlighting technological transformation, sustainability, and regional problem-solving. On October 23, the finalists will gather at Madrid’s Palacio Neptuno to honor the achievements of five standout startups: Ainwater, Moova, Movizzon, Kigüi, and Cargobot.
Celebrating Latin American Innovation Across Borders
The awards recognize startups that leverage innovation and technology to foster a more digital and competitive economy. These initiatives demonstrate the potential of Latin American talent to scale internationally while addressing critical challenges in sectors such as water management, logistics, customer experience, and food waste reduction.
The 2025 finalists have already been revealed on October 1, ahead of the gala, and compete in categories including:

Chilean startup Ainwater applies artificial intelligence to optimize water treatment, improving efficiency and sustainability without requiring infrastructure retrofits. Founded by Camilo Huneeus, Ainwater has expanded into Brazil, Mexico, and Chile, with plans to enter Spain and Peru in 2025.
Supported by ICEX and ProChile, the startup is gaining traction in the industrial and healthcare sectors and is building strategic alliances to position its technology as a benchmark in intelligent water management.
Moova: Revolutionizing Logistics Across Two Continents

Argentina’s Moova is redefining digital logistics in Latin America. The startup recently acquired Spanish company Vonzu, creating a transcontinental logistics platform. With Iberia as its first client in Europe, Moova combines cutting-edge last-mile delivery solutions and a global growth strategy, supported by investors like Toyota Tsusho, FJ Labs, and Wayra.
Movizzon: Enhancing Customer Experience with AI

Chilean startup Movizzon has launched an AI-powered tool to estimate the Net Promoter Score (NPS) in real-time without traditional surveys. Its technology emulates human interaction through mobile devices, generating alerts instantly via WhatsApp and email. Recognized with the Gold Award at Fintech Americas 2025, Movizzon already serves major clients such as BBVA, solidifying its leadership in the regional fintech ecosystem.
Kigüi: Fighting Food Waste Through Artificial Intelligence

Argentine startup Kigüi uses AI to optimize supermarket inventory and reduce food waste, promoting conscious consumption. Partnering with Walmart Mexico, Sigma Alimentos, and Cencosud Peru, and supported by Amazon’s Impact Accelerator, Kigüi has been recognized on Forbes 30 in Mexico. Its technology manages product expiration dates, improves sales, and minimizes losses, offering scalable solutions for the Latin American retail sector.
Cargobot: Scaling Logistics Efficiency with AI

Founded by Spanish entrepreneur Fernando Correa in the United States, Cargobot has become a leader in terrestrial logistics for sectors such as food, raw materials, and construction. Its European expansion includes the launch of Planimatik in Spain, which increases operational efficiency by up to 40% in cargo planning and management using AI. The platform positions Cargobot as a key player in the international logistics market.

The final jury evaluates the startups based on impact, innovation, ESG compliance, and future potential.
