Multi-Proyectos Recognized Among Top 10 at ELDI 2025

Multi-Proyectos, the real estate arm of Corporación Multi Inversiones (CMI), was recognized as one of the ten most influential real estate companies in Latin America during the recent Encuentro Latinoamericano de Desarrolladores Inmobiliarios (ELDI), held in Panama City.

The recognition came as part of a special edition of the 10th LADI Awards, where the top 10 developers in the region were honored for their role in transforming cities and enhancing urban quality of life. Multi-Proyectos was the only Guatemalan developer included in this distinguished group, underscoring its strategic vision and regional leadership.

The selection process was led by a multidisciplinary jury of industry leaders, in collaboration with regional partners of 4S Real Estate. Developers were evaluated based on seven key criteria: project concept clarity, architectural design, technological integration, community impact, livability and execution, innovation, and sustainability.

Multi-Proyectos stood out for its ability to combine sustainability, innovation, and functional design in urban developments like Vistares, a mixed-use project in Guatemala City’s zone 12 that integrates housing, commercial space, and the Pradera Vistares shopping center.
