Vammo Raises USD$45M in Series B led by Ecosystem Integrity Fund, to Scale Electric Mobility Across LatAm
Vammo, the Brazilian clean-energy mobility startup, raised $45 million in Series B funding to expand its hybrid ethanol-electric motorcycle ecosystem and boost sustainable transport across Latin America.
Vammo, a clean-energy mobility platform based in São Paulo, Brazil, has secured $45 million in Series B funding to expand its electric mobility ecosystem and strengthen its presence across Latin America’s largest cities.
Funding Led by Ecosystem Integrity Fund
The funding round was led by Ecosystem Integrity Fund, with additional participation from Construct Capital, 2150, Qualcomm Ventures, Monashees, Maniv, Endeavor Catalyst, and a syndicate of Tesla alumni.
The investment will support research and development (R&D) for Vammo’s hybrid ethanol-electric motorcycle platform, as well as the expansion of manufacturing and operations in Brazil and beyond.
Building an Integrated Electric Mobility Ecosystem

Founded in 2022 by Jack Sarvary (Co-Founder & CEO), Vammo provides an integrated electric mobility platform that combines two-wheel electric vehicles, battery-swapping infrastructure, financing, and maintenance within a single ecosystem.
Currently, the company operates a fleet of 5,000 vehicles and 150 battery swap stations across Brazil. Unlike most EV companies, Vammo designs and builds its own battery systems, charging infrastructure, and IoT devices from the ground up, ensuring complete control over quality and innovation.
Expanding Local Manufacturing and R&D
The company’s next phase focuses on expanding local manufacturing through Manaus, with plans to invest over R$500 million to support production of electric motorcycles and charging equipment.
This investment aims to create high-tech jobs, boost Brazil’s EV industrial capacity, and advance sustainable mobility solutions across the region.

Strong Growth and Strategic Partnerships
In just three years, Vammo has achieved 10× year-over-year growth, driven by strategic partnerships with Uber, 99, Rappi, and iFood. These collaborations have helped integrate Vammo’s electric motorcycles into delivery and urban mobility networks, contributing to cleaner, more efficient transportation across Latin American megacities.
With its latest funding round, Vammo reinforces Brazil’s position as a key player in the transition toward clean mobility in Latin America. By combining cutting-edge technology, local manufacturing, and strategic partnerships, the company aims to make sustainable transportation more accessible and efficient across the region’s largest cities, setting a new standard for how urban mobility can evolve in the coming decade.
