Brazilian Startup Revi Raises US$1.5 Million to Expand AI Solutions for Physical Retail
Brazilian technology startup Revi has raised R$8.3 million (approximately US$1.5 million) in a funding round led by ABSeed, a Brazilian investment firm focused on software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies. The round also included GR8 Ventures and follow-on investments from existing backers Veredas Partners, Stamina VC, Verve Capital, and Crivo. The company plans to use the new capital to strengthen its product and expand its presence among enterprise retailers, particularly businesses operating physical stores.
Founded by Nicholas Love, Juliana Haddad, and Marcelo Miyachi, Revi develops artificial intelligence agents that connect information from different retail systems, including point-of-sale software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, and digital sales channels. By consolidating fragmented business data, its technology helps retailers identify customer behavior, evaluate marketing performance, and generate operational insights. The platform is designed to help businesses coordinate information across online and physical sales channels rather than managing these operations through disconnected systems.

Revi Expands Its Focus to Enterprise Retail
The funding will support Revi's strategic move toward larger enterprise customers and physical retail operations, expanding beyond its initial concentration on digital-native businesses. The company currently serves approximately 500 clients, including Aura Beauty, Baw Clothing, and Grupo Rosset. It has also recently signed Grupo Aste, the Brazilian operator of Kipling stores, as it seeks to increase its presence among established retail businesses.
Revi's technology aims to address challenges faced by retailers managing customer information across multiple channels. For example, connecting online purchase histories with in-store interactions can help sales teams access more relevant customer information and enable businesses to coordinate marketing activities. The company is continuing to develop its AI agents to automate more of these processes and provide retailers with recommendations based on information that would otherwise remain separated across different software platforms.

Startup Reports Revenue Growth and Sets New Targets
Revi reported R$6 million in revenue during the previous year and expects that figure to triple to R$18 million this year. Its founders have also set a medium-term target of reaching R$40 million in revenue by the end of 2028. These projections accompany the company's plans to expand its enterprise customer base and invest in further product development as it moves into physical retail.
According to figures shared by the company, its clients have achieved an average return on invested capital (ROIC) of 34 times. Revi compares this figure with the three-to-five-times return it attributes to advertising platforms such as Meta and Google. These are company-reported performance metrics rather than independently verified industry benchmarks, but they illustrate how Revi positions its platform as a tool for connecting marketing decisions with broader retail operations.
ABSeed Leads Investment in Retail AI Technology
ABSeed led the latest funding round, with GR8 Ventures joining the investment and Veredas Partners, Stamina VC, Verve Capital, and Crivo increasing their existing stakes. The participation of both new and previous investors provides Revi with additional capital to support its expansion into a segment that requires software capable of integrating information from multiple business systems.
The company now faces the challenge of adapting its platform to the operational requirements of larger retailers, where physical stores, online channels, and legacy systems must work together. Expanding into enterprise retail will require Revi to demonstrate that its AI agents can deliver consistent results across more complex operations. Its next stage of growth will therefore depend on strengthening its technology, onboarding larger customers, and translating its existing digital retail experience into broader physical-store applications.
