Impacta VC Opens Applications for the Fifth Edition of Modo Fundraising 2026
Impacta VC opened applications for the fifth edition of Modo Fundraising 2026, a three-month online program designed to help Latin American startups raise capital strategically and connect with investors.
Impacta VC announced the opening of applications for the fifth edition of its fundraising acceleration program, Modo Fundraising 2026, developed alongside Oracle. The initiative is aimed at technology-based startups across Latin America that are currently in pre-seed, seed, or pre-Series A stages and are preparing to raise capital with a more structured strategy and access to investors.
The online program will begin on June 30 and run for three months, from July through September. Applications will remain open until June 22 through the official website.
A Program Focused on Fundraising Strategy and Investor Access
According to Impacta VC, Modo Fundraising was created to help founders build a stronger fundraising process by combining practical tools, strategic guidance, and direct exposure to venture capital investors in the region.
The 2026 edition will focus on helping startups move quickly through the fundraising process, with the goal of allowing participating companies to potentially close their rounds before the end of the third quarter of the year.
Among the benefits included in the program are:
- A curated database of venture capital firms filtered by investment thesis
- Matchmaking opportunities with more than 400 active investors in Latin America
- Sessions with international founders and ecosystem leaders
- Lifetime access to a community of Latin American founders
The program is open to scalable startups based in Latin America that are built on technology and have the availability to complete the full program.
Participation starts at USD 279 per month, with limited spots available. Impacta VC also retains a 20% investment right in future fundraising rounds secured by participating startups, although the firm clarified it will only take equity participation if it successfully invests in the company.
Four Phases Designed to Help Startups Close Their Rounds
Modo Fundraising 2026 is divided into four stages covering the entire fundraising journey.
- The first phase, Get Ready and Sexy: focuses on the strategic foundations of fundraising, including storytelling, fundraising strategy, tech stack preparation, and pitch deck development.
- The second phase, Approach & Connect: centers on investor research, outreach strategies, warm introductions, network activation, and initial investor conversations.
- During the third stage, Momentum & FOMO: founders work on generating momentum around their fundraising rounds, securing lead investors, negotiating terms, and advancing toward closing.
- Finally, the Closing the Round phase: helps startups negotiate terms, organize cap tables, and finalize agreements with investors participating in the round.
More Than US$ 180 Million Raised by Participating Startups
Since launching in 2021, the fundraising program has worked with more than 400 startups from over 20 countries across Latin America.
According to Impacta VC, startups that participated in the program have collectively raised more than US$ 180 million after completing the initiative. The program has also involved more than 150 founders, investors, and ecosystem partners.
Global Entrepreneurs and Investors Join the Program

Participants will also gain access to weekly masterclasses led by entrepreneurs and investors from the global startup ecosystem.
Previous editions featured speakers such as:
- Zev Siegl
- Patrick McGinnis
- Marcus Dantus
- Ariel Burchtin
- Eduardo della Maggiora
- Daniel Undurraga
- and Nicolás de Camino.
The regular sessions will be led by David Alvo, together with investors, founders, and venture capital ecosystem partners.
“I developed this methodology after raising over $40 million from more than 200 investors, and the results speak for themselves; on average, founders who complete the program raise around $500,000, so the investment over three months is more than worth it”, said David Alvo, CEO and founder of Impacta VC.
He added: “And what the founders take away with them is not just the capital they’ve raised and their network of fellow founders, but also the ability to raise capital—a skill that will stay with them throughout their entrepreneurial careers”.
