Inner AI Raises US$6 M Seed Round and Launches Squad.com AI Agents Platform

Inner AI has secured US$6 million (R$30 million) in a seed funding round, reaching a valuation of US$100 million (R$500 million). The round was co-led by Canary and ONE VC, with additional participation from Norte, Crivo, and UK-based Phenomen VC. This milestone reinforces the company’s positioning in the rapidly evolving artificial intelligence market.

Funding to accelerate platform growth and launch Squad.com

With this latest round, Inner AI brings its total funding to US$8.4 million (R$42 million), including a previous US$2.4 million (R$12 million) pre-seed raise. The company plans to allocate the new capital across two main fronts: strengthening its existing platform and launching a new product focused on autonomous AI agents, Squad.com.

According to CEO Pedro Salles, the raise reflects both market opportunity and local ambition:

Brazil is one of the largest AI markets in the world, and we have top-tier talent. It doesn’t make sense to only import this technology. This round represents the ambition of Brazilian venture capital to invest in something truly new.

A unified AI platform with over 50 models

Inner AI’s current platform integrates more than 50 AI models into a single environment, including tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. This unified approach enables users to access multiple AI capabilities without switching between systems, positioning the company as a productivity hub for businesses.

The company reports having surpassed 1 million users and currently serves major clients such as Embraer, Vivo, Sabesp, and Bayer.

Squad.com: autonomous AI agents for business operations

The upcoming product, Squad.com, will operate as an independent brand and aims to introduce a new way of interacting with AI. Instead of relying on constant user input, the platform will deploy autonomous agents capable of executing tasks continuously and only engaging users when necessary.

At launch, Squad.com will feature three integrated agents:

  • Waz, focused on customer service and sales via WhatsApp
  • Fin, responsible for financial operations
  • Maky, designed for digital marketing

Salles describes the vision behind the product:

Squad.com is built with a bigger ambition: to democratize access to something that has always been a privilege — having a team around you.

He also highlights the product’s relevance for entrepreneurs:

Brazilian entrepreneurs no longer need to do everything themselves. I started my first business at 16 and it took me two years to make my first hire. Squad.com is the tool I wish I had back then.

Go-to-market strategy and product launch

To support the launch, Inner AI will implement a strategy that includes a pop-up store at Conjunto Nacional in São Paulo, where users will be able to test the solution firsthand. Initial access to Squad.com will be granted through a waitlist.

Founded in 2023, Inner AI now operates across two main business lines: its AI-powered productivity platform and the new autonomous agent system designed to streamline business operations.
