Mana Tech, Softex, and Ingenio: Bringing Latam Tech Talent to South Florida

In an exciting collaboration, Mana Tech, Ingenio, and Softex have announced the launch of the fourth edition of the Miami Immersion Program. This acceleration initiative aims to empower founders of startups from Brazil and Uruguay, providing them with the opportunity to immerse themselves in Miami's vibrant technological ecosystem and explore potential expansions into the US market.

Bringing Together Experience and Expertise

Founded in 2001, Ingenio stands out as Uruguay's leading business incubator. Over the years, it has fostered the growth of over 60 new companies and incubated more than 170 projects across various sectors, from information systems to biotechnology and robotics. On the other hand, Softex, a leader in technological development in Brazil, focuses on providing customized solutions to drive innovation and growth in the private sector, particularly targeting startups with significant social impact.

This partnership between Mana Tech, Ingenio, and Softex marks a significant step in strengthening ties between Miami and the thriving technological communities of Brazil and Uruguay. Furthermore, it represents the second collaboration between Mana Tech and Ingenio, building upon a successful partnership in previous programs.

The Miami Immersion Program aims to empower these startups to reach their full potential on a global scale. To achieve this, it combines four weeks of virtual and in-person sessions. The virtual component, which began on February 26th and will conclude on March 15th, offers intensive training and mentorship sessions by industry experts. Subsequently, founders will convene in Miami from March 17th to 22nd for an immersive in-person week, engaging in activities designed to familiarize them with Miami's tech community and ecosystem.
