Moova, an Argentinian technology company specializing in logistics solutions, has announced the acquisition of Vonzu, a Barcelona-based startup focused on the development of logistics software. While the financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed, this move marks Moova's entry into the European market, starting with Spain and Portugal.
This acquisition is part of Moova's ambitious expansion strategy, which is backed by prominent investors such as Toyota Tsusho, FJ Labs, Wayra Telefónica, Alaya Capital, and other key players in the Latin American ecosystem.

Founded in 2018 in Argentina, Moova has experienced steady growth, establishing a presence in over 10 countries, including the United States, Mexico, and Colombia.
