Omnix Launches in Brazil to Scale Proprietary AI
Omnix expands into Brazil with a 30-person team, a new São Paulo office and a global Oracle partnership to scale its proprietary AI.
Omnix, the Chilean artificial intelligence startup founded in 2020 by Aaron Cassorla, has begun operations in Brazil with a 30-person team, marking the company's fourth office in Latin America. The expansion follows a global partnership with Oracle, which has incorporated Omnix's solutions into its marketplace.
Omnix brings proprietary AI to critical business operations
Founded in Chile, Omnix has developed a cognitive operational platform that builds proprietary AI models tailored to each client. The systems are designed to identify problems in critical operations and autonomously execute corrective actions.
The company focuses on industries such as production, distribution and logistics, where its technology can detect disruptions and respond to them in real time.
Rather than relying on public AI models, Omnix develops systems adapted to each organization and keeps them within the company's own environments.

“We are capable of building these systems for companies. The accuracy of the decisions is very high, you don't depend on any public AI, and you keep everything within your own environments,” explains Aaron Cassorla, CEO and co-founder of Omnix, in an interview with Diario Financiero.
Cassorla compares the company's approach to that of companies such as Palantir, particularly in its focus on building technology adapted to the specific operational needs of each organization.
Omnix currently has 19 corporate clients and approximately US$30 million in active contracts. The company has also been profitable since its beginnings and allocates around 30% of its revenue to research and development.
Brazil opens opportunities in government and defense
Omnix's expansion into Brazil began taking shape in 2025, when the company decided to place greater emphasis on the government and defense sectors. To pursue this strategy, the startup needed secure, private infrastructure, which led it to establish a relationship with Oracle.
The relationship eventually developed into a global partnership. Through Oracle's network in the United States, Omnix also connected with a Brazilian company that develops proprietary AI for the government and works with two of the country's largest banks.
Omnix is even evaluating the possibility of acquiring this potential partner. The Brazilian company has the capacity to adapt AI models at scale, while Omnix contributes technology capable of executing autonomous actions across business operations.

São Paulo becomes Omnix's fourth office
With its new operation in São Paulo, Omnix adds Brazil to its existing operations in Chile, Colombia and Peru. From these four offices, the company currently serves eight markets.
In Brazil, the startup will target customers in telecommunications, banking, manufacturing and retail, while continuing to develop opportunities in government and defense.
The expansion represents a new stage for Omnix as it grows its presence across Latin America. Its partnership with Oracle also provides the company with a channel to expand the commercial reach of its technology internationally.
For 2026, Omnix expects to generate approximately US$1.5 million in revenue in Brazil.
The company is backed by Wayra and Plug and Play and has reached a valuation of US$70 million.
