Colombian company Siigo, known for its accounting and e-invoicing software, has announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Actualícese and its publishing division. The deal has already been approved by Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC), which confirmed that the transaction does not affect market competition.

Actualícese, founded in 2012, has become one of Colombia’s most visited websites for accountants and tax professionals. It provides information, analysis, and management tools on tax and accounting matters. Its publishing division, established in 2006, produces books, magazines, and other specialized materials.
