The Randstad Employer Brand Research reveals the top three most attractive companies to work for in Chile in 2025.

According to the Randstad Employer Brand Research, Teck, BHP and LATAM Airlines Group are the most attractive companies to work for in Chile in 2025. In its first edition in the country, the study revealed valuable insights into talent expectations and the value propositions of top employers.
Based on the perception of more than 3,500 Chileans aged 18 to 64, including students, active professionals, and job seekers. The survey highlights the companies Chileans would most like to work for.
Teck: leading Chile's mining industry with purpose and responsibility

The mining industry led the ranking of the most attractive sectors to work in Chile, with 72% of preference among respondents. Teck topped the list of individual companies, becoming the employer of choice among Chileans.

BHP secured the second spot among Chile's most attractive companies to work for. The company’s dedication to inclusivity and safety was a key differentiator.
