Visma continues to expand its footprint in Latin America with the incorporation of Comunidad Feliz, the leading cloud-based software platform for building and condominium management in Chile, which has shown strong regional growth. The move reinforces Visma’s strategy to scale specialized SaaS solutions for critical, everyday operations across key verticals in the region.

Comunidad Feliz provides a cloud-based solution designed to simplify the daily administration of residential buildings and condominiums. Its platform supports thousands of property managers, committees, and residents by enabling the management of common expenses, online payments, insurance, access control, and communication among all stakeholders involved in community operations.
