Young Entrepreneurs Club strengthens the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Guatemala

The Young Entrepreneurs Club was officially launched in Guatemala, aiming to become a driving force for youth entrepreneurship. The initiative focuses on building a strong network of professionals and founders, while providing the tools and opportunities needed to grow their businesses both nationally and internationally.

A gathering of visionaries

The launch event took place on Saturday, April 26, at the Westin Camino Real Hotel. More than 100 leaders from various sectors gathered for a morning of idea exchange and strategic connections.

Roberto Molares, the founder of the Club, described the project as one "filled with the passion and dreams of entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs."

Activities to inspire and connect

The event featured a range of activities designed to foster engagement and learning. Attendees enjoyed an exclusive breakfast, a series of expert-led conferences, and a dedicated photo booth stand. A dynamic business roundtable and networking session enabled participants to meet one another and form meaningful strategic alliances.

These sessions emphasized collaboration, with a strong focus on creating long-term relationships that support sustainable business growth.

Business leaders share insights

Adrián Lemcke

The conference lineup included notable speakers such as Mario Porres, Carlos Castillo, and Adrián Lemcke. Lemcke, widely known for his appearance on Guatemala’s edition of Shark Tank, also brings extensive experience as a mentor and entrepreneur.

Lemcke expressed optimism about the Club’s potential, saying: “I see this organization as one of global scale, starting here in Guatemala but destined to grow across borders.”

Speakers covered essential topics such as successful business organization and the art of sales, equipping attendees with actionable tools to strengthen their ventures.

A community built on connection

Alberto Toro, a well-known host, guided the event with energy and charisma, facilitating interactions between participants, speakers, and organizers. The overall atmosphere reflected the Club’s mission: to create a community where entrepreneurs feel supported, inspired, and empowered to succeed.

What’s next for the club?

The Young Entrepreneurs Club was created to help its members scale their businesses and connect with potential investors. Beyond business growth, it aims to build a community of committed entrepreneurs who are passionate about excellence and collaboration.

Lemcke emphasized the Club’s collaborative spirit: “Knowledge will be abundant and shared by all, along with experiences that others can learn from.”

Membership is open to those who share the Club’s values and vision. Entrepreneurs interested in joining can visit the official website.

Founder Roberto Molares underlined that the Club is not about numbers, but about purpose: attracting dedicated entrepreneurs who align with the organization’s essence and goals. As the Club continues to grow, it promises to be a powerful catalyst for innovation and connection within Guatemala’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
