Dapta Acquires Beezion to Accelerate AI Sales Growth Strategy
Dapta acquired Beezion to strengthen AI-powered demand generation, accelerate growth, and expand its sales platform across global markets.
Dapta, the Colombian company developing artificial intelligence agents for sales, has acquired Beezion, the paid media agency it had partnered with for more than two years. The acquisition fully integrates Beezion's team into Dapta's operations as the company seeks to transform demand generation into a core strategic capability and accelerate its global expansion.
The transaction, completed at the end of May, reflects a broader shift in the AI software market, where building a strong product is no longer enough. As artificial intelligence lowers the barriers to software development, attracting customers, generating demand, and converting leads into revenue have become equally important competitive advantages.
Demand Generation Becomes a Strategic Internal Capability

Following the acquisition, Dapta aims to speed up the testing of marketing campaigns, advertising formats, and new customer acquisition channels by bringing paid media expertise entirely in-house.
The company currently produces more than 550 organic social media posts every month while simultaneously testing hundreds of paid advertising variations.
This marketing strategy enables Dapta to schedule more than 1,000 product demonstrations each month across Latin America and the United States. The company also uses its own AI sales agents to call prospects, qualify leads, and automatically schedule meetings.
During the first month after integrating Beezion, Dapta surpassed 70,000 monthly active users.
Explaining the acquisition, Nicolás Rojas, Founder and CEO of Dapta, highlighted the importance of the team's capabilities.
"After working together for two years, we realized that Beezion's greatest strength was its team—its creativity, execution speed, and ability to adopt new technologies and turn them into measurable results. We acquired the company because we wanted that talent focused exclusively on Dapta, operating with greater ambition and without the limitations of a traditional client-agency relationship."
A Long-Term Partnership Reduced Integration Risks

Beezion generated more than US$10 million in revenue attributable to paid media campaigns for its clients and helped build over US$100 million in commercial pipeline during its operations.
The agency worked with companies and organizations across Latin America's startup ecosystem, including Finkargo, Colombia Tech Week, Treble and Bink, focusing on transforming marketing investments into measurable commercial opportunities.
One of the key factors behind the acquisition was the knowledge Beezion had accumulated while working alongside Dapta for more than two years.
Because the agency already understood Dapta's products, audiences, and commercial strategy, and Dapta had firsthand experience with the team's ability to generate business results, the companies significantly reduced one of the most common risks associated with acquisitions: integrating a team that must first learn how the business operates.
Beezion's Founder Will Lead Dapta's Global Growth Strategy
As part of the transaction, Alejandro Sarmiento, founder of Beezion, has assumed the role of Global Head of Growth at Dapta.
His mission will be to accelerate experimentation and develop unconventional hypergrowth strategies capable of helping the company expand up to ten times faster.
Sarmiento said the company's AI platform played an important role in his decision to join Dapta permanently.
"For years we worked alongside Dapta and saw firsthand the growth generated through paid media. The decision to integrate became much clearer after I discovered Dapti and understood the potential of the new product. I saw a company with the opportunity to become one of Latin America's leading AI sales platforms, and I wanted to be part of that journey. Today, companies that integrate AI into their sales processes can increase qualified meetings by up to three times. The discussion is no longer whether AI will transform sales, but how quickly companies are willing to adopt it."

Dapta Looks to Accelerate Global Expansion
With Growth now positioned as one of its central business functions, Dapta plans to simultaneously test a larger number of campaigns, formats, messages, and acquisition channels, allowing the company to identify high-performing strategies more quickly and scale successful experiments immediately.
The platform currently serves more than 187,000 users and customers across 24 countries.
Dapta already operates in the United States, where it maintains both an office and its headquarters, while continuing to expand its presence in the Spanish-language AI sales market.
Through the acquisition of Beezion, the company aims to increase customer conversion, shorten the time required to bring new products to market, and strengthen its position within the global market for artificial intelligence solutions designed for sales.
The acquisition also reflects Dapta's broader strategy: after building a customer acquisition engine capable of scaling, the company is now focused on accelerating that model to capture a larger share of the rapidly growing AI sales technology market.
