Einship Lands US$1 Million Seed Round to Advance AI for Global Trade
Einship has raised US$1 million in a seed round led by Parceiro Ventures to expand its AI-powered international trade platform, strengthen its commercial team, and accelerate global growth.
Einship has secured US$1 million in seed funding led by U.S.-based Parceiro Ventures. The Brazilian startup will use the capital to enhance its artificial intelligence capabilities, expand its commercial operations, strengthen its brand, and begin its international expansion focused on strategic global trade markets.
Founded to help companies optimize international trade operations through data intelligence and AI, Einship currently serves more than 100 customers across the logistics and import-export ecosystem.
Funding to Support Product Development and International Growth
The new investment will be directed toward developing additional AI-powered features while supporting the company's commercial expansion and international strategy.
Einship plans to strengthen its presence in key global trade markets where it already operates, while selectively expanding into new countries.
According to Luiz Policarpo, founder and CEO of Einship, companies involved in international trade face increasingly complex operating environments.
"Companies operating in international trade must make hundreds of decisions every day in an environment marked by exchange rate volatility, regulatory changes, freight fluctuations, geopolitical risks, and increasingly complex supply chains," Policarpo said. "Our mission is to enable importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and logistics operators to make faster, safer, and more efficient decisions."

The CEO added that the investment reinforces the company's existing strategy rather than changing its direction.
"The entry of Parceiro Ventures validates the path we've been following and allows us to accelerate what was already working. The investment changes our speed, not our direction."
AI Platform Connects Trade Intelligence and Logistics Management
Einship has built a platform that combines market intelligence, planning, and logistics execution within a single AI-powered environment.
Today, the company works with more than 100 customers, including APM Terminals, Allog Group, Capital Trade, and Ascensus Group.
Its operations are already connected to some of the world's most important international trade corridors, including Europe, China, and the United States. Following the new funding round, the startup intends to deepen its presence in those regions while gradually expanding into additional international markets.
Looking ahead, Policarpo outlined the company's long-term objective.
"Our ambition over the next 24 months is to make Einship the leading technology infrastructure for intelligence and optimization of international trade operations."

Parceiro Ventures Continues Investing in Latin American B2B Technology
The round was led by Parceiro Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on B2B technology startups across Latin America.
With offices in São Paulo and the United States, the firm primarily invests in enterprise software, fintech, legaltech, agtech, and healthtech companies.
Over the past few years, Parceiro Ventures has increased the pace of its investments. In 2024, the firm backed netLex with US$23.3 million to support its international expansion. During the following year, it also participated in funding rounds for Paytrack (US$44.4 million), Next Fit (US$9.3 million Series A), and Morada.ai (US$3.1 million). Earlier this year, before investing in Einship, the firm also participated in Loopia's US$1.2 million seed round.
AI Continues to Transform International Trade
With the new capital, Einship aims to strengthen its position as an AI-driven platform for international trade management while expanding its footprint beyond Brazil.
By combining artificial intelligence with operational and market data, the company seeks to help organizations make faster and more informed decisions across increasingly complex global supply chains, supporting importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and logistics providers as international trade continues to evolve.
